How do I order?
Order through our store at www.idahofoodcoop.com.  At check-out you will be able to select the most convenient pick up location for you.  You should receive a confirmation email.  If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected] or call us at (208) 751-9510.

Are there any fees or membership requirements?
No.

How often is pick up available?
We typically set one Saturday and one weeknight pickup per month.  This does change seasonally.  The current schedule is posted on the front page of our website and is available during checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?
You may pay with a credit or debit card at checkout.  We also accept cash, check or Venmo at pick up locations.  If you opt to use our Business Venmo (IDFOODCOOP), please include your order number in the description.

Where do your products come from?
The store is full of products that either come from our own farm or other trusted producers that align with our production philosophy.  Look in product descriptions for specific producers and management practices.

Where is your meat processed?
All of the meat products offered are processed in inspected facilities according to state and federal laws.

What is your store return/refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety, we do not accept returns after you have received your purchase.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] or (208) 751-9510.  We will work with you to resolve any issues.
