Our delicious sauces are locally made by a company called Oma & Popies and we think they pair quite nicely with our meat and fish. Here’s a description of the sauces incase you haven’t had a chance to try them yet: All our marinades begin with Guajillo chile peppers pronounced “wha hee oh”, the flavor profile is slightly fruity with a sweet heat, tannic with hints of pine, tart berries, and light smoky undertones. We then add aged red cayenne powder, chunks of garlic, locally grown onions, a blend of white and apple cider vinegar, pure cane brown sugar and lots of flavorful spices. You can see and taste the difference! Made originally for wings, however, its use is endless as a marinade for fish, shrimp, steak, pork, chicken, ribs, grilled veggies, pizza sauce or the perfect vinaigrette topping on a fresh green and pasta salad.
